And for a while he did the same to me. Now every time he opens his mouth it's to say something mean about me. So every time I hear this song now, I think of him. Because it's him who hurts me the most. And I stood and watched him walk away, when I had so much to say. And now I'll never know, what could have been. And not seeing that loving him, is what I was trying to do. |
