Smells Like Teen Spirit lyrics
Load up on guns
Bring your friends
It's fun to lose
And to pretend
She's overboard
And self assured
oh no I know
A dirty word

hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello

With the lights out it's less dangerous
Here we are now
Entertain us
I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now
Entertain us
A mulatto
An albino
A mosquito
My Libido
Yea

I'm worse at what I do best
And for this gift I feel blessed
Our little group has always been
And always will until the end

hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello

With the lights out it's less dangerous
Here we are now
Entertain us
I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now
Entertain us
A mulatto
An albino
A mosquito
My Libido
Yea

And I forget
Just why i taste
oh yea I guess it makes me smile
I found it hard
Its hard to find
Oh well, whatever, nevermind

hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello, how low
hello, hello, hello

With the lights out it's less dangerous
Here we are now
Entertain us
I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now
Entertain us
A mulatto
An albino
A mosquito
My Libido
A denial(x9)

This song is the song every one should know. If you dont know it you should listen to more music. I think its one of nirvana's best songs. The lyrics though, are kinda weird, but when Kurt Cobain sings them it sounds awesome!

Yes, I was a huge fan. Thought it was written for me. Like we all do, probably, with some kinds of music. But, to cut the crap, I still have this longsleeve and I'm still listening to Nirvana once in a while.

Great you've one too, Jake!

I can remember quite clearly that I was blown away by this song when I first heard it. Like most people, I assume. It sure ended my boyband-loving days :-)
It's a very sad thing that Kurt died so young and so tragically. We can only wonder if Nirvana
would have maintained their brilliance throughout their career.

Okay. Whoa there, Buddy!! To be honest with you, I didn't read all that. Mainly becuase it's extremely long and I'm extremely tired from pain medication.

But just a little reminder, this is for the song, and not to discuss whether he committed
suicide, or was murdered. I've heard these little controversies over this matter, but frankly, I don't really care. I just like the song :)

Much of love,
Jenny Valentine

if u think he committed suicide read this:

Kurt Cobain is legally recognized to have committed suicide. However, others contend that Cobain may have been murdered.

The - first to publicly object to the report of suicide was Seattle public
access host Richard Lee. A week after Cobain's death, Lee aired the first episode of an ongoing documentary covering Cobain's death called Kurt Cobain Was Murdered. Making note of several discrepancies in the police reports, including several changes in
the nature of the shotgun blast, Lee insisted that Cobain was murdered. Lee acquired a video that was shot on April 8 from the tree outside Cobain's garage and showed the scene around Cobain's body, and noted an absence of blood for what was reported as a
point-blank shotgun blast to the head. Several pathology experts have noted that a shotgun blast inside the mouth often results in less blood, unlike a shotgun blast to the head. Lee's TV series continues to run, but often focuses on general issues
regarding the Seattle Police Department.

I - n - addition, Tom Grant, the private investigator employed by Love after Cobain's disappearance from rehab, adamantly believes that Cobain's death was a homicide. Grant was still under Love's employ
when Cobain's body was found. Grant cites a figure published in an April 14, 1994, article by the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, purportedly from the official toxicology report, which claimed, "the level of heroin in Cobain's bloodstream was 1.52 milligrams
per liter." Grant cites the figure as the key piece of evidence for murder. Grant argues that Cobain could not have injected himself with such a dose and still have been able to pull the trigger, an assertion supported by several notable experts on heroin
addiction. Grant does not believe that Cobain was killed by the heroin dose, however. He suggests that the heroin was used to incapacitate Cobain before the final shotgun blast was administered by the perpetrator. As to his first claim, critics point to
several different studies on heroin use that note the difficulty in pinpointing the level of heroin that an addict can tolerate. In a 2004 story, Dateline NBC questioned five medical examiners about the figure from the toxicology report. Two of them noted
the possibility that Cobain could have built up enough of a tolerance through repeated usage to have been able to pull the trigger himself, while the three others held that the information was inconclusive.

-
Grant - also believes that the
apparent suicide note was actually a letter announcing his intent to leave Courtney Love, Seattle, and the music business. Grant believes that the few lines at the very bottom of the note, separate from the rest of it, are the only parts that sound like a
suicide note. Grant and a number of handwriting experts point out that those lines are written in a style that varies from the rest of the letter.

It's the best Nirvana song. The only one I like! XD. They are usually too much screaming and yelling for my taste (bubblegum, hip hop, emo, etc.), but this is good but I don't know why!

I can't say much as far as whether or not this is thier best song, since I don't listen to them that much. But I do like this song to some extent, but in my opinion, I have heard better from them. And yes, I agree too about Kurt's death!

Much of
love,

I love Nirvana and for was at one point obsessed with Kurt. I still love him, but the obsession has eased. I like the song, but wouldn't agree that it was the greatest song ever - Nirvana have written a lot better songs. I think Teen Spirit is a bit
over-hyped and over-played. As for him being murdered, I agree!
