Miley Cyrus was born on november 23 1992. Her parents named her destiny hope. Miley grew up in Franklin Tennessee. With is close proximity to Nashville, the epicenter of the country music scene, Franklin attracts alot of vistors. Miley is a great singer and also has her own show, Hannah Montana. She recently had the Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour which attracted lots of fans.
