Guest wrote on 24th Oct 2006, 5:00h: I love this album so much, I can't put it into words. These are the kind of songs you relate to, you can say "Hey, that's exactly how I feel." The lyrics in this album are so... Real. They actually make you feel the music. I know this all sounds so corny and shitty, but it's true. Some of you might not 'get' what they're trying to say in the lyrics, because of the slight metaphore, but if you think hard enough you'll realize how much thought has been put into this album. It's simply amazing. I'm so tired of hearing all of these meaningless songs on the air, like 'Sexy Back', what good is it for? Just because it's catchy and 'fun'? It makes me sad, seeing how music is changing for the worse. If you look at some random lyrics, they're all about girls in short shorts, degrading songs towards women, 'Fighting the cause!' or just god damn themeless junk. I'm sick of it. There are very few artists who aren't media followers. Who don't give into all of this corperate bullshit... Yeah, - that's all... (Oh, and pardon my horrible grammar/spelling) |
