Well, checking your spelling might help, becuase
"grunted" is different than "granted." It was a
bit difficult to read your thread, to be
honest.
Regardless, "these kind of friends" aren't friends
at all. I wouldn't go up to my best friend and
tell her she's idiotic just to insult her. My

Besides, they aren't acting like friends in the frist place, so they shouldn't even be referred to in that term.
You can talk to them if you like, and if they're still being creeps, it's better to ditch them and surround yourself with people who make you happy instead. (There is really no use in hanging arund people who call you "stupid" for the sole purpose of insulting, or to make themselves feel better.)
